This is an administrative role that will likely assist most all areas of the office in one way or another.

The major responsibilities for this role are as following:

• Function as a liaison between the Company and customers through verbal and written communication.

• Provide updated information on sales activities to Sales and other departments.

• Coordinate sales quoting activities (RFQ) including:
  • Submitting information to Engineering.
  • Reviewing with Sales Person.
  • Preparation of quote to be faxed/mailed.
  • Prepare and update sales quote analysis and quote follow-up.

• Follow through on actions requested on sales call reports.

• Process customer inquiries with other departments and communicate the results of the inquiries to the customers.

• Process customer debits and credits. Assist in accounts receivable as needed.

• Prepare sales commission statement for independent representatives.

• Assist in planning and implementation of sales forecasts, budgets, and activity planning.

• Coordinate and follow-up with engineering on sample orders.

• Build up sales data in SAP - including PN views, connecting the PN to the customer & adding the price.

• Manage the sales of specific businesses including quoting, ordering & shipments.

• Any other job or miscellaneous duty assigned.

• Monthly Ohio KPI for OTD and PTA.

Requirements

• High School Diploma; Associate's Preferred.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• 8D Problem/Solving/Process Improvement.
